Excellent overall experience, from the communication and transport to and from the property, to the cleanliness and location of the property. The offer to supply more coffee capsules and toilet rolls if/when we ran out gives a measure of their attention to detail. Overall 10/10
We were very pleased with our accommodations. We were there for a week and found it to be in a convenient location as described. The metro system is quite easy to navigate as well as clean and efficient. Atis the manager was very helpful and responsive. It was well stocked and comfortable. Definitely recommend it!
Alli was a very good host. The apartment was very clean with plenty of towels, coffee, laundry detergent and even a welcome bottle of wine. There was plenty of space and privacy for our all adult family. Location is not in the downtown city area but across the street from the metro which is super easy to use. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
Modern and clean apartment, very comfortable and well appointed with everything you need for a restful stay. Great location, slightly out of the centre in a local neighbourhood (we enjoyed our visit to Simmeringer Landbier on the corner for great beer and authentic Austrian food), but we prefer this, especially given there are both tram and metro stops seconds away for trouble-free access to the main tourist sights in ten minutes. The host was really friendly with excellent contact throughout and a genuine desire to ensure we had everything we needed. Heartily recommended.
We really enjoyed our stay at Alp's apartment in Vienna. It had everything we needed and there was even a welcome bottle of wine to enjoy when we arrived. The apartment is very close to the U3 line as mentioned in the listing and that made getting to all of the sites in Vienna very easy and convenient. Checkin, checkout and communication throughout our stay with Ali were very easy. Ali was available for any questions we had and checked up on us several times to see if we needed anything. Listing pics and property listing are accurate. Having a place to park our car was also valuable to us even though we just parked the car for the whole stay. Would love to stay here again the next time we're in Vienna.
Minden rendben volt. Az apartman tökéletes, tiszta, jól felszerelt. A házigazda udvarias kedves. Whatsappon jól tudtuk tartani a kapcsolatot. Egy probléma volt: A szomszédok hangosak éjszaka. Vagy gyerekek kiabálnak, rohangálnak vagy valamilyen háztartási gép ébreszt fel éjjel fél1-kor.
Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Trotz der guten Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief ohne Probleme. Wir können diese Ferienwohung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Wir waren im September für 5 Tage in Wien. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Ebenfalls über das mehrmalige Nachfragen, ob es uns gut geht :) Die U-Bahn also auch die Straßenbahn sind in weniger als 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten ist man an nahezu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind 3 Supermärkte, so dass auch der Einkauf schnell getätigt werden kann. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
Wir hatten hier in dieser Ferienwohnung einen wirklich tollen Urlaub.
Die Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super. Ebenso die kurze Entfernung zur Innenstadt und die vielen fussläufigen Geschäfte.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.
Sehr zu empfehlen diese Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und liegt sehr zentral . Fussläufig sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants erreichbar . Der Host , Atis , war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder .
Die Ferienwohnung und die Betreuung durch die Agentur ist ein Traum. Es blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt. Die Wohnung ist erstklassig eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter war immer für uns ansprechbar und hat uns vielfältige Informationen zukommen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die U-Bahn ist in 2 Minuten erreichbar und damit ist man in 10 Minuten auf dem Stefansplatz, das Auto konnten wir sicher auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen und sind zügig überall hingekommen. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung 👍
Sehr tolle und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, die Betreuung durch den Vermieter war Top. Auch die erhaltenen Informationen über die Nutzung der U-Bahn waren sehr hilfreich. Kann diese Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
Hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir wurden sehr umsorgt. Wohnung ist wie beschrieben: Modern und gut eingerichtet mit einer sehr guten Anbindung zu u- Bahn und Straßenbahn. Jede Menge Lebensmittelgeschäft in einer Minute zu erreichen. Ebenso Bäckerei und Apotheke.Auto kann man super im Innenhof parken. Die Mehrtageskarten für die Öffentlichen sind in Wien noch bezahlbar.
Wir würden von der ersten Stunde an supergut betreut und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Wohnung war perfekt und es gab überhaupt nichts zu kritisieren. Wenn wir wieder nach Wien fahren dann nur in diese Wohnung.
Die U Bahn und die Straßenbahn waren noch keine 5 Minuten entfernt und um uns herum gab es genügend Geschäfte. Der Parkplatz zu der Wohnung war auch perfekt.
Also es war einfach toll und so einen guten Service hatten wir noch nie.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
I would highly recommend this apt.. location is great .. right on the tram line and 5 stops to the centre and it was ideal for us because we had a car and the apt has parking. The area itself also has some great restaurants, awesome bakeries and convenience stores. The hosts were so attentive, checking in on us very day, they left us gifts of wine.
Everything you need is in the apt, washing , tv with Netflix, aircon, a decent hairdryer, good water pressure .. those little things count when you have been travelling for a while .

Our first apartment in this business has almost everything for relaxation, cooking and working. We take care of our guests' requirements directly and all the services we add in the price per night are always available even where there are seasonal price changes. Our family is located in both the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands and in Vienna, Austria. We work in both these cities running our family construction company under the name of Artuner Constructions.
