Completely renovated apartment in quiet, well-kept surroundings, gated community with communal pool on the "Costa Adeje", in the south of Tenerife.
In the immediate vicinity there are 4 tennis courts, restaurants etc.
There is also a reserved parking space right in front of the door.
The apartment with 60sqm is equipped with a bedroom with double bed (180x 200cm), which can also be converted to 2 single beds for 2 people, for the 3 person can be a a folding bed (80cm x190cm ) can be provided in the living room.and a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine
open plan living room, divided into kitchen, dining area and comfortable sofa/TV area with satellite TV and Wifi.
This is followed by a large covered balcony with sea views.
Included in the price are 2 small towels, shower towel, and a pool towel per person
There is a 26 degree heated communal pool in the complex

Great stay!

Quiet area but still close to shops. Lovely big balcony amd comfortable outdoor furniture. Really liked the communal pool. Short drive to the beach. Great communication with the property owner.

Lovely apartment

Stayed 3 weeks. A modern well equipped apartment, which was spotlessly clean. It is situated in a quiet area with access to a communal pool. Good check in procedure and communications with owners. Would definitely stay again.

Good apartment for holiday

Excellent apartment however bedroom small, good kitchen / living space, shower & bathroom good, great spacious balcony & veranda, only Netflix and You Tube available on TV, 2 miles walk to Adeje resort. Not suitable for people with disabilities. Bus Tour of the island excellent, We had a lovely time 👍

Fantastic apartment

Superb space, especially the outside for eating and sunbathing. 20-30 minute walk to promenade. Get plenty of steps in! Only small niggles: a few loose tiles to the bathroom floor, had to buy a bowl for the kitchen sink - but these were very minor compared to the qualities of the apartment.

Beautiful property

Lovely apartment in a quiet residential area. Swimming pool was quiet, a decent size, plenty of sun beds and very clean. Good supermarket 15 mins walk away. This property owners were very responsive. The apartment is 20 minute walk down hill from the coast & restaurants. We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxed break in a very quiet location away from the hustle and bustle Costa Adeje has to offer. For us it was perfect but the location may be an issue for some.

Très bel appartement. Lumineux. Très grande terrasse. Nous avons apprécié le secteur très tranquille à 10 minutes de marche du centre d’achat, X-Sur incluant un Mercadona .La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle.Nous n’avions pas loué de véhicule, et ce fut très facile de se déplacer en transport public avec les arrêts d’autobus à proximité, et aussi à moins de 20 minutes de marche de la paseo del Dulque.

Tolle Wohnung mit L-Balkon schöne Lage

Wir waren im April 25 für 12 Tage in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und die Lage ist top. Man läuft ca. 20 min bis ans Meer. Es gibt einen großen L-Förmigen Balkon, mit zwei Sonnenliegen, Lounge Möbel und einem Esstisch mit vier Stühlen.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine und Padautomat, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Backofen. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und hat auch zwei große extra Gefrierfächer. Ein Geschirrspüler fehlt leider also ist Handarbeit angesagt und ein Staubsauger wäre nicht verkehrt, da man vom Strand schon mal ab und zu ein bisschen Sand mitbringt. Kleiderhaken im Eingangsbereich wären auch praktisch gewesen.Stauraum ist genügend vorhanden. Sowohl im Badezimmer als auch im Schlafzimmer. Zustand:Der Zustand der Wohnung war bei unserem Besuch gut. Es sind (wie auch in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt) ein paar lose Fliesen im Bad. Die Küchenarbeitsplatte hat ein paar Wasserschäden im Holz (vom Handspülen). Die vorhandenen Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sahen schon mal besser aus und zwei Glühbirnen auf dem Balkon gehören gewechselt. Wenn man draußen im Dunkeln essen möchte, dann sitzt man im Dunkeln.Der Kontakt und Ablauf:Wir haben direkt nach der Ankunft am Flughafen bei der hinterlegten Nummer angerufen und uns vor Ort gemeldet. Wir bekamen schon kurz vor der Anreise die Adresse und Kontaktdaten. Vor Ort wurden wir dann sehr herzlich begrüßt und uns wurde die Wohnung gezeigt und was es alles zu beachten gibt.Es war sehr schön.

Traumhafte Terrasse

Wir waren einen Monat in der Wohnung. Das schöne an der Wohnung ist die Terrasse und der Zugang zu einer Poolanlage, welche ca 5 Minuten fussläufig entfernt ist. Das Meer mit vielen Restaurants und Bars ist leider 2 Km entfernt,

Wohlfühlapartment

Ein sehr sauberes gepflegtes Apartment. wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Das einzige ,was ein wenig störend war ,das durch die nebenan liegenden Tennisplätze ziemlich viel Autoverkehr ( Eckbalkon ,Straße zu beiden Seiten) und Geräuschkulisse durch Tennisspieler und abends Fussballer war.

Zunächst... vielen, vielen Dank. Ich Schussel habe ordentlich Bargeld in der Wohnung liegen lassen und das haben mir die Vermieter in windeseile nach Deutschland überwiesen. Wow. Was ein Service und welche Ehrlichkeit. Vielen, vielen Dank dafür. Dazu: ein nagelneues Appartment in einer schönen Umgebung mit Marmorboden und toller Ausstattung.
