The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because of the lock to get in. The place is super clean, quiet and the bed was very comfy. Management was very responsive. The problem I had was with the lock on the door. It works through the WiFi. If the power or WiFi goes out then you’re locked out. Over 4 days this happened three separate times. The first time the power/wifi went out was in the afternoon while I was there so it wasn’t a problem and the power came back on within 5 minutes. However two days later I couldn’t get in. Management responded quickly and said it looked like the WiFi had reset (maybe another power outage). Again I was able to get in within 5 minutes. The morning I was checking out, I walked my dog for 40 minutes and had the same problem. I know it’s convenient for management to have a keypad like this however I would suggest getting a lock that is battery operated and not controlled by WiFi. I know Shlage makes one. I would stay here again but the lock/wifi issue needs to be addressed.
