Der Pool wird täglich morgens gereinigt. Das Haus und der dazugehörige Hof mit Weintraubenlaube ist von einer Mauer umgeben und abschliessbar, es ist ruhig, von den Nachbarn bekommt man kaum etwas mit. Mit dem Auto oder Taxi erreicht man in 10 - 15 Minuten Crikvernica und tolle Strände mit glasklarem Wasser.
