Free Beach Chair/Umbrella Service (March 1-October 31). This beautiful, and refreshed Gulf front condo is truly a coastal oasis! It is fresh with new furniture, and master shower! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf. The kitchen has been completely updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. It has an open floor plan and a spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches located here on the Emerald Coast. The queen sleeper sofa makes into a bed which allows this condo to sleep 4 comfortably. The resort offers, hot tubs, three resort pools, poolside bar and grill and a grilling area for you to enjoy!
Condo 1-702 is located in Tower 1 on the 7th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 25.

Wonderful place

Would give it 5 stars, except the contact person was not timely in response when reached out to. Condo is beautiful, very clean & just right for 2 ppl. The views from the balcony are wonderful. It’s an easy walk to many places from there for eats, treats, & shopping. Multiple pools & hot tubs were great.

Clean & Beautiful rental!

My husband and I booked this condo for our 1st wedding anniversary trip. We absolutely LOVED our condo. Clean, spacious, breathtaking view, and well equipped. They provided us with plenty bath towels, wristbands for the beach, mini soaps/conditioner/shampoo. Perfect location, close walking distance to bars, shops, food, and convenience stores. They even had a blow dryer which was awesome because I forgot mine! I would 1 million percent book this condo again. In fact, I hope to book this condo next year!
