The hotel was not safe! We have asked for a refund but have not gotten an answer from the hotel. I sent in a formal request but have heard nothing back. We only stayed the first night because we didn't have any other options. The hotel was nothing as VRBO represented!!!

We stopped at 2 other properties before we could figure out where we were supposed to be staying. It was not clear at all. Shame on VRBO on how they listed it and directions to our stay. It was a nightmare! The property we finally got to was horrible. It’s a motel, had two rooms boarded up with crime scene tape.

The property was less than we expected. The sink faucet was missing a set screw so it came off when we tried to turn it on. We reported it after the first night, but it was not fixed before we left.It was near a busy street and at least once a night an emergency vehicle went by with sirens blaring. We booked the room hurriedly due to a family emergency. We'll be more selective in the future.

This is a great value for your money. Clean and in a relatively close location to downtown Nashville. About a 20 Uber ride. We had a problem at check in. We had a confirmed reservation on our ap. But the hotel didn’t have our reservation. Apparently VRBO hasn’t sent the reservation to the hotel

The room was clean, close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and close to Nashville. What was inconvenience, was there is no coffee maker in the room and the TV reception was not that great. A lot of old channels with old reruns. Cannot get Netflix on it or Amazon prime.
