almost perfect!
Villa Iris is a really lovely holiday house - it was immaculately clean, fresh & airy and nicely furnished, comfortable beds. The pool was a good size and there was plenty of outdoor space to find sun or shade.
when we were there it was very hot and the top bedroom too hot to sleep in but we had a spare bed downstairs to use.
punta su torrione felt very safe and quiet, really close to a wide variety of amazing beaches, with great snorkelling and a large choice of restaurants, although not the local ones advertised as 500m away, which you are not allowed to eat at unless you are staying in the residency. a car is essential
a few minor niggles, which would be trivial to resolve - The kitchen was great and what they supplied was good quality (knives etc) but no proper chopping board, or large bowls, nothing to cook in the oven with, a mop bucket but no mop, only 2 large glasses etc - small things really. Wifi would have helped , especially as there was no information / visitors book provided at all about local area - grocery shops, restaurants etc, why only 3 deckchairs? an umbrella to take to the beach would have been really useful
check in was a bit haphazard - we had to chase up gruppo to get any information about arrival the week before, the lady who checks you in speaks only italian - which was fine for us but should have been stated as such
but overall the house was pretty perfect for us - it felt so clean and spacious and private, we would return.
