Located at the top of a hill at the end of a private quarter mile driveway surrounded by wood and farm lands, this charming space is ideal for a family or group. It features a queen bed, two double beds and three twin beds, with two full bathrooms and an outhouse :-). A cozy fireplace keeps the cabin warm and inviting during cooler evenings. The cabin is a short walking distance from historic downtown Tamworth and all it has to offer including The Historical Society, Barnstormers Theater, the Tamworth Bakery coffee shop, Remick Museum and Farm, Tamworth Distilling, The Tamworth Farmers Market and the Swift River. Within a short drive still within the town of Tamworth there are hiking trails, State Parks, town beaches, restaurants, a "highly rated" New Hampshire breakfast and lunch diner, pubs, concert venue, mushroom farm, winery and brewery. Beyond Tamworth are endless options in the nearby towns of North Conway, Wolfeboro, Ossipee and Meredith.

Bill & Anne are a semi-retired married couple living on property full time an 1/8th of a mile from the Ogeedankee cabin. Anne is French Canadian by birth but has lived and worked in the tech industry in the US for a number of decades. Bill grew up in Australia but completed high school and college in the US. Bill has spent most of his professional career in finance and technology in the Boston area, while continuing to visit the general Tamworth area since the 1970's.

Tamworth is a historic town (incorporated 10 years before the US Declaration of Independence) with numerous attractions, including mountain views and hikes, pristine lakes, summer theater (Barnstormers), Tamworth Distilling, Tamworth Bakery, weekly live concerts including major acts, weekly Farmers Market, Hobbs Brewery, Rosie's Dinner, Pub on Page Hill and Tamworth Historical Society.
