Smoking Policy (Strictly Enforced):
Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property — including indoors and outdoors.

If evidence of smoking or vaping is found (including odor, ashes, cigarette butts, or burn marks), a $1,000 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged to the guest’s account.

The home is located near a main street with regular city traffic. The owner has lived here for many years without any issues. Noise levels may vary depending on time of day.
If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, earplugs and a white noise machine are available for your comfort.
