The flat is located in a two-family house, a beautiful conservatory that extends over the kitchen and the living room. The view from the conservatory opens onto a beautiful inner courtyard, in the middle of which is a young amber maple, which turns a wonderful red-yellow-purple colour in autumn. This was formerly a small farm with a roofing business, which has been extensively renovated and partially rebuilt by us over the years. In the inner courtyard there is a covered outdoor seating area for 6 people, which can be used at any time, even in bad weather, and a barbecue is also available here. The flat is located on the ground floor and is only accessible via a staircase. The accommodation has eight car parking spaces and numerous storage facilities for bicycles.
