Great spot

Great apartment, we stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment for a week and it was great. Extremely clean and well presented, really comfortable bed and all facilities worked fine. As is often the case these days there was only a bit of coffee and tea at the apartment, so be advised if you wanted to do any 'self catering ' then you wouldneed to think about getting everything from milk, oil, salt & pepper, sugar etc. Plenty of supermarkets near by though. The outside space here is the real winner, fantastic terrace and view at the front of the property and spacious secluded garden/pool/hottub at the rear with plenty of separate areas to allow for your own space. These areas are all shared with other guests.Overall a fabulous place in an excellent location.Thanks to Patrick and the family/staff for making this a great stay.

Die Wohnung ist super, sie liegt im Stadtzentrum, nur eine Straße vom Strand entfernt und etwa 5 Gehminuten von Restaurants entfernt. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer ist super, er antwortet sofort, wenn Fragen auftauchen. Das Parken erfolgt im Hof, theoretisch gibt es Platz für zwei Autos. Wir hatten Glück, denn meistens waren wir allein in der Wohnung. Im Sommer ist der Pool super.

This apartment is on the ground floor tucked just behind the San Salvador villa on the quiet Calle Carabeo It is extremely suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Everything is walkable and across the street from Playa Carabeo and close to Playa Carabeillo, accessible by stairs, close to restaurants, services, supermarket, the Balcone and the Church. The location is walkable to all of Nerja’s beaches. As a solo retired guest with a companion dog , it was perfect to meet my needs. The apartment is very clean, modern, maintained and cozy, suitable for no more than 2 people. It has a comfortable double bed, lots of wardrobe storage, and a small shower room. The kitchenette is well equipped and has everything you need to make meals with an oven and a two burner electric hub. There is no dishwasher. As a guest, you have access to the lovely rooftop sun terrace with a beautiful view over the sea and the gardens. My only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were not available during my stay as they were undergoing repair and renovation and the surrounding garden held construction materials. Every day, you are greeted by the resident dog, the most calm Labrador, Rooney, The host, Laura is delightful, and is most gracious to help if you need anything. I will return to enjoy this private apartment. Thank you Laura.
