Great spacious apartment. Very comfortable. Sweet little village with beautiful scenic views. Our schedule was hectic so not able to really enjoy walking the village. Great restaurant just across the street!

The communication was great and the location was perfect. Great restaurant directly across the street with a cafe nearby and a lake side Greek restaurant. Perfect for outdoor get away.

Touring the area

This is a wonderful apartment for touring the local area. The rooms are large and comfortable. Everything you need is here. The bakery right down the street makes for easy breakfasts. Just a lovely stay.

The property was very nice and the owner was very responsive. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. There were two problematic issues both totally outside of the owner's control. One, the VRBO site noted there was a grill available. In March of 2025 the local fire district banned grills for Condos. As a result there was no grill available. Not the fault of the owner, but the site should be updated. Two, the site said there was a pool which swayed our decision to stay at the property. The pool was clearly out of commission and won't be in service soon. Again, not the fault of the owner, but VRBO info should be updated to help customers make an informed decision. The owner relayed three days before our stay that the HOA said the pool would be operational by the end of our stay. From appearances, it looks like the pool will be closed for an extended period of time. We saw no work on the pool during our stay. This would have been a five star review if the pool had been operational and we knew to plan for no grill. Otherwise the property was clean and we even had the property owner reach out to gives instructions for sheltering during severe weather. That was greatly appreciated.

Unser Aufenthalt am Brombachsee war einfach grandios. Die Ferienwohnung war einfach spitze und prima gelegen. Die Vermieter waren außerordentlich herzlich und nett. Das Fränkische Seenland hat uns super gefallen. Dort gibt es ganz viele tolle Freizeitangebote.Wir würden jederzeit wieder sehr gerne diese Wohnung buchen, um einen Aufenthalt am Brombachsee zu genießen.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, ordentlich und entsprach den Bildern der Anzeige. Sie ist großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet, ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hatte hilfreiche Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Fahrräder konnten sicher untergestellt werden. Die Lage zum Brombachsee ist gut, nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Allerdings liegt der Ort etwas erhöht, sodass man auf dem Rückweg vom See stets einen Anstieg zu bewältigen hat.

Alles prima und wie beschrieben

Unterkunft wie beschrieben, toll dass Handtücher und Seife sowie sämtliche Küchenutensilien vorhanden sind. Große Wiese für Fussball und Federball soweit Möglichkeit zum Grillen. Charlies Fahrradverleih ist die ideale Ergänzung.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei sehr netten Gastgebern. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Der Sohn der Inhaber war vor Ort und hat uns gute Ausflugstipps gegeben. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Die Wohnung liegt leider zu weit weg vom See und ist wegen der alten Fenster und der schlechten Lage sehr seht laut.

Hallo Uwe, deine Bewertung irritiert uns sehr. Bei FeWo ist vor Buchung klar ersichtlich wo sich die Wohnung befindet. Zwei Sterne zu geben, weil die Lage nicht passt ist relativ unfair. Um den Brombachsee gibt es beinahe keine Ferienwohnung, die Näher am See ist. Da das Ufer nicht bebaut werden darf, erstreckt sich das Urlaubsgebiet Brombachsee auf die umliegenden Dörfer. In unserer Beschreibung der Wohnung sind die 900 Meter zum See exakt genannt. Zu Fuß ist der See in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, mit dem Auto maximal 3 Minuten. Wir geben uns sehr viel Mühe mit unserer Ferienwohnung. Eine Bewertung in dieser Form ist ist keine feine Art, eher unfair. Wir hoffen, dass die anderen sehr guten Bewertungen zu unserer Wohnung als repräsentativ angesehen werden und nicht diese unfaire Bewertung.
