The cottage consists of the main flat (approx. 90 sqm) which is located on the ground floor (raised on the west side). The flat consists of a living room, dining area with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed), one of which has a bathroom and shower, a passage room with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4), another bathroom with bath/shower, a large balcony area enclosed with sliding windows, a very large outdoor terrace (60 sq m) with direct access to the pool area. It also has a private garden of 150 sqm, a large garage and outdoor parking space. The house has TV with satellite channels, wi-fi, dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning (extra charge). The area is quiet, 500 metres from the lake and 1.3 km from the historic centre.

In July and August the owners may use the flat downstairs for one or two nights. You will in any case have your privacy and garden, terrace and parking space for your exclusive use.

The swimming pool is open from 10.05 to 01.10.
