Welcome to our newly renovated Casa del Mar—your stylish holiday home in a prime location right on the stunning Bay of Alcúdia. In early 2025, the apartment was completely modernised and lovingly redesigned to offer you the utmost comfort and a special sense of well-being.

The Apartment
Spanning approximately 60 m², this stylishly furnished apartment accommodates up to 4 people (plus a baby). Two cosy bedrooms, a bright living-dining room, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. The highlight: the spacious terrace with breathtaking ocean views—perfect for a sundowner or a Mallorcan dinner al fresco.

Location & Surroundings
Our Casa del Mar is located on the beachfront with a south-facing orientation and a direct view of the picturesque marina and the sparkling Platja d'Alcúdia. The residential complex is situated in the heart of Port d'Alcúdia—restaurants, bars, cafés, boutiques, and supermarkets are just a short walk away.


Use of the communal pool and children’s pool is reserved exclusively for guests of the complex; of course, there are plenty of sun loungers available for relaxing, and they’re included.

Enjoy the sun, the sea, and the Mediterranean lifestyle at our newly renovated Casa del Mar—we look forward to your visit! 🌞

Amazing stay

Gorgeous apartment right on the beach. Had everything you need and was very clean and tidy. Can’t fault it. Stunning view with a lovely terrace to sit on. Lovely hosts. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay for our Young Family

We recently stayed at this apartment in Alcudia, Mallorca, with our two young children (18 months and 3 years old), and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The bay with its shallow water was right on our doorstep, making it the perfect spot for our little ones to play safely and enjoy the water. The apartment itself was very well-equipped and superbly located. We had easy access to all amenities, including supermarkets, bus stops, a taxi rank, and the beautiful Alcudia beach. Everything we needed was within reach, making our stay incredibly convenient. Our children LOVED it here, and so did we! We really appreciated the warm welcome from Michael and Bianca, the owners of the property. They were super helpful and personally greeted us upon arrival, making us feel right at home. We cannot recommend this place enough for families with young children. We will definitely be returning! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fantastischer Urlaub direkt am Meer, den wir schon am Morgen mit Blick auf die Strandpromenade genossen haben. Bianca & Michael sind herzliche Gastgeber und stehen mit Rat & Tat zur Seite. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge auf der Insel unternommen und die Seele am Strand baumeln lassen. Abends locken zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Abendessen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
