Dranske is located in the north of Rügen, on the Wittow Peninsula, between Hiddensee and Cape Arkona, where the sun sets into the sea.
The house itself is located in Lancken, an absolutely quiet area of Dranske.
The northernmost point of the island, Cape Arkona, lies 14 km to the east, while to the west is the Bug Nature Reserve, across from the island of Hiddensee.
The coastline here is unspoiled, with a mix of rustic stretches of beach perfect for collecting stones, fossils, and flotsam, and sandy beaches. There are no beach promenades, beach chair rentals, or crowds here.
Our house is ideal for cyclists, those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, dreamers, and water sports enthusiasts of all kinds.
The Baltic Sea and the Bodden are visible from the house; the idyllic natural beach with its cliff is 600 m away and can be reached via a path across a large meadow. Long walks on the beach and Rügen’s most beautiful sunsets are guaranteed here.
After sunset, on starry nights, stargazers will be in their element.
If you’re looking for a wide, fine-sand beach, drive a few kilometres to Juliusruh and the approximately 10-kilometer-long Schaabe—Rügen’s longest sandy beach, stretching between Cape Arkona and the Jasmund National Park (Königsstuhl).
The cost for final cleaning is €210.00 and must be paid by bank transfer prior to arrival, in addition to the rental price.
A bed linen and towel package costs €25.00 per person and can be booked as an optional extra.
Since Dranske-Lancken is a spa town, a visitor’s tax is applicable.
