The "Flaute" holiday apartment in St. Peter-Ording offers 75 m² of comfortable space for up to four people. Die Wohnung Flaute können wir bestens weiterempfehlen. Hochwertig ausgestattet, grosser Garten, schattiger Parkplatz beim Haus, hundefreundlich, schöne Gassirunden vom Haus weg möglich. Zum Einkaufen Verkehrsmittel empfohlen. Restaurants und Läden in Gehdistanz (15 Min. Bad, 20 Min. Dorf) Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen, modernen Quartier. Wir würden diese Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung in einem neu erbauten Haus, nette Einrichtung. Einzig echtes Minus ist die Lage nur wenige Meter entfernt von der vielbefahrenen Haupt-Verbindungsstraße. Wir wohnen zuhause sehr ruhig und fühlten uns vom Verkehr gestört.

Top Wohnung, top Lage. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die Küchenausstattung lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Wenn man wie ich wegen Allergien grundsätzlich kochen muss, wäre man froh über einen Topf mehr, ein Sieb, Eierbecher und Co. Da lässt sich noch was verbessern. Darüber hinaus wäre eine Anleitung für den Herd sehr hilfreich.

Urlaub an der Nordsee

Wir waren zu dritt Anfang November 2022 in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und optimal bei diesem Wetter, so dass man sich nicht ständig auf die Füße treten muss. Im Sommer ist es auf der Terrasse sicherlich auch gemütlich, wobei ich keine Sitzauflagen für die Stühle draußen finden konnte. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und anscheinend noch relativ neu. Im Flur haben wir eine Sitzgelegenheit (und sie es nur ein Hocker) vermisst. Würde das Schuhe an- und ausziehen erleichtern. In der Küchenzeile fehlt eine zusätzliche Beleuchtung. So ist es ziemlich dunkel. Es gibt ein paar Dinge, die man als Mieter eigentlich nicht mit in eine Ferienwohnung mitzunehmen braucht. So gibt es etwa kein Sieb um z.B. Nudeln abzuschütten. Ein Salz- und Pfefferstreuer wäre auch schön. Kostet kaum etwas und einmal aufgefüllt, hält es auch ewig. Wir wollten zu Dritt etwas Wein trinken. Warum es in einer für 4 Personen ausgelegten Wohnung nur 2 Weingläser gibt, erschließt sich mir nicht ganz. Sektgläser gibt es keine. Und wann trinkt man Sekt, wenn nicht im Urlaub? Gläser mit einem Ramazotti-Aufdruck, der mal halb, mal fast ganz abgeblättert ist, finde ich auch nicht gerade einladend. Kostet alles nicht wirklich viel und dann stimmt auch der Gesamteindruck.

Schöner und sehr entspannter Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist schön und scheint noch relativ neu oder neu renoviert/eingerichtet zu sein. Das Bad ist ziemlich groß und gut aufgeteilt. Aufgrund des Wetters konnten wir den Garten nicht nutzen, aber im Sommer kann man bestimmt schön draußen sitzen. Allerdings könnte die Beleuchtung in der Küchenzeile besser sein. Dort gibt es nur das Licht von der Abzugshaube. Ansonsten fehlten nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten in der Küche (z. B. Nudelsieb, Auflaufform).
