Carla Island House—Pure Luxury in a Quiet Setting—Infrared Sauna—Fireplace

This modern, luxurious holiday home offers 135 square metres of living space, all on the ground floor. The large outdoor area, featuring a sunbathing area and a playground for children (970 square metres), is almost entirely fenced in and lovingly landscaped. Sun loungers and a parasol are available for your use. Several seating areas are cleverly arranged so that you can enjoy the sun in the garden at any time of day. The house features a large, open entryway that leads into the living and kitchen area. The entire space is spacious and bright, forming the heart of the home. The freestanding fireplace divides the space into a cosy seating area and a cooking and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. It also features a kitchen island. A refrigerator, freezer, oven, and glass-ceramic cooktop are provided. You can comfortably prepare meals with several people and then enjoy them at the dining table or even on the covered terrace, which you can easily access through the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room.

The larger of the two bedrooms has its own wall-mounted TV and also offers a wonderful view of the garden. The box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) guarantees a restful night’s sleep. The windows can be blacked out for your comfort. One luxury you won’t have to do without is the walk-in closet, which offers plenty of space for your wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with an infrared sauna, a bathtub, and a walk-in shower. A makeup mirror and a hair dryer are, of course, provided. The second bedroom sleeps three people and features an additional TV. It is furnished with a large box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a sleeper sofa (dimensions when folded: 0.80 m x 2.00 m; width when unfolded: 1.60 m). The private, adjoining bathroom with natural light features a walk-in shower, a bidet, and a toilet. For young guests, a high chair and a travel cot with a mattress (but without linens) are available. The entire holiday home has in-floor heating. In addition, the fireplace provides a cosy atmosphere and warmth during the colder months.

You can use the holiday home’s Wi-Fi free of charge. Two cars can be parked in the driveway. You can safely store any bicycles you bring with you in the bike shed.
