The only thing I would change is a TV that works properly. There is a giant stripe that goes vertically down the TV and it is very irritating. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone. We WILL be back and enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Room was very clean and nice, however the listing is a little misleading and should more clearly convey that this is the basement of the owners primary residence. AND that they will be home during the stay so it, and use of the hot tub, is not truly private. Instructions left in the room indicate that there are quiet hours, however the owners could be heard frequently outside of those hours, walking around and talking above you and going outside. Also, the tv needs to be replaced. It would lag and turn off randomly and has a large white line down the center of it that has been mentioned in other reviews. While we still enjoyed our stay overall, the price is definitely too high for what you're getting and would not choose this location again.

Note: This space is the lower level walk-out room (suite with green bed , sitting area and a bathroom) that has it’s own private entrance and single car parking separate from the home owners entry/parking space.
The house is ranch style and has been the family home of Brian & Dennis for almost 30 years and very special to them.
