Ramp vakantie.

aanwezige verwarming werkte niet, monteur kon probleem niet oplossen,het verblijf is vochtig. sanitair is niet schoon( aangekoekte vervuiling) wasemkap in de keuken plak je vast van de vettige vervuiling, Het park heeft een elektrice kachel afgegeven anders was het chalet niet bewoonbaar van de kou. Er is een hoger bedrag ingehouden dan op de factuur vermeld !!! WAT DOET U HIERAAN???

Goedemiddag Hans, Wij vinden het jammer om te vernemen dat jullie verblijf niet naar wens is geweest. Na jullie melding m.b.t. de verwarming, hebben wij direct onze technische dienst ingeschakeld om het probleem te vermelden. Hierna hebben wij geen melding meer van jullie ontvangen. Wij hadden jullie verblijf graag direct verbeterd, zodat jullie konden genoten van de vakantie. Zonder melding weten wij helaas niks van de situatie af. Ik zal uw melding bespreekbaar maken met onze schoonmaakdienst, zodat de verbeterpunten opgepakt kunnen worden. U geeft aan dat er een bedrag meer is betaald dan op de factuur. Kunt u met ons contact opnemen hierover? Wij kijken graag met jullie mee. In ons systeem is namelijk niks geks te zien. Wij horen het graag van jullie! Britt - Team EEZZ

Bei der Ankunft war niemand da. Nach einigen Hürden um 16 Uhr Schlüsselübergabe. Es waren zugesagte Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle nicht vorhanden. Anleitung für Gas-Backofen fehlte. Gas war leer. Nach Telefonaten kam der Techniker am nächsten Tag. Nach Auswechseln der Gaskartuschen funktionierte der Herd, aber die Heizung und Warmwasserbereitung nicht. Erst am darauffolgenden Tag. Terrasse war voll mit Vogelscheisse. Für den Preis besseres erwartet..
