Consider this resort your home away from home while you visit Homosassa. This terrific one-bedroom retreat features a comfortable living room with a twin bed, perfect for extra guests or relaxing downtime. Stay cozy with heating or cool off with air conditioning, making every season enjoyable. The bathroom is clean and convenient, designed to meet your needs. Located in the golfcart community, the Gulf, River and springs just minutes away. Public entrance to the river/springs located just across street.
Fast internet, 65' livingroom TV and 50' bedroom tv with Cable and streaming apps. Comfortable queen bed, a pullout twin bed and full size couch. Large lot with cabana seating, outdoor table, grill and fire pit. This lot can easily fit 2 full size trucks or truck and good size boat.
There is a laundry room, heated pool, playground and Ice machines located on property. Echo, fishing, manatee and scallop tours available for a added fee. Great place to relax. Come play with us in the Sassa!

Thank you so much for the Homosassa hospitality!!! We had a reasonable amount of sun with some rain to cool off and found an avid fisherman friend of the family at JR’s burgers (Jammie) that was very thoughtful and sweet. He spent time with my son and husband fishing and getting comfortable with the area. Also, with such a small town I forget to mention my sister at Water Tower Cafe and Darian who manages the golf cart rentals. Forever grateful for the itch to return over and over again for more great experiences!! This place is convenient, clean and friendly. I can’t wait to return agsin!!! Thanks.
