The property is located only a few minutes walk from the white beach in a well-kept residential complex. The living room is about 50 m² large and has a stereo system, television, kitchen with bar and a spacious dining area. The secluded, large inner courtyard with a private pool is equipped with a sun umbrella and terrace furniture. Through the inner courtyard you can reach the accommodation with two rooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed). The spacious daylight bathroom has a shower, WC, bidet. You can also reach the partially covered sun terrace through the inner courtyard with a fantastic sea view of the bay of Costa Calma. Here you can eat comfortably and let the day unwind.

Spacious Villa, Great Location, Some Drawbacks

We recently stayed at Villa Barbara and appreciated the spacious layout, private pool, and well-equipped kitchen. The furniture was comfortable, and sun loungers added to the relaxation factor. The property was good value for money, with ample room and excellent WiFi, making remote work easy. However, there were a few drawbacks. Upon arrival, we found some hairs in the bed, and a few light bulbs were out, though these were promptly replaced. The pool area was nice, but the enclosed courtyard felt bare, lacking decorative touches like plants to soften the space. We were also disappointed to find the bath unusable as the water was turned off—a detail that wasn't clear to us in the listing. While the villa is in a lovely area with convenient parking, nearby restaurants, and stunning beaches within walking distance, the noise from lorries delivering gas and water to the hotel opposite was a persistent disturbance from early morning until late afternoon. All in all, this villa provides good amenities, a convenient location, and comfort, though there are a few areas that could be improved for an even better experience.

Great accommodation, interesting architecture and layout with lots of space. Pool was very cold in March, more suitable for the height of summer probably. The shower serving the 2 downstairs bedrooms was not very private, you need to be on good terms with each other ! Master bedroom has fantastic ensuite.

Schönes Apartment mit reichlich Platz und Betten

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war einfach, freundlich und schnell. Der check-in / check-out ebenso...besser noch: wir durften noch den halben Tag am Strand verbringen und ein anderes Apartment Zimmer duschen nutzen - also sehr entgegenkommend und flexibel. Das Apartment hat keine Klimaanlage...haben wir auch nicht vermisst, da die Bauweise ein aufheizen verhindert. Klever! Störend waren manchmal die Busse, die Müllabfuhr und nachts einige Raser (aber die gibt es überall.) Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schön ausgestattetes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, falls man kochen möchte. Die Zimmer sind mit breiten bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Die eine Terasse ist windgeschützt, beim Pool, die andere Terasse ist oben und bietet einen weiten Meerblick. Das Haus würde ich gerne noch mal mieten. Danke für die freundliche Auskunft dem Verwalterehepaar.

Un vero "full apartment"!

Una settimana di vacanza come si vuole e si deve, anche grazie alla perfetta "location" in Costa Calma; un appartamento più che accogliente e pulito a due passi dalle più belle spiagge del sud di Fuertaventura, dotato di ogni comfort con una attenzione anche ai minimi particolari (addirittura ago e filo!) per una vivibilità completa sin dal momento dell'ingresso, ampi spazi all'interno ed all'aperto. Raccomandato sia per l'organizzazione che per la strategica posizione; a presto rivederci!

Nothing like photos andvery small. Bad localatiin and bo shops near. On german speaker and was called englander. Hated it and lost lot if money with late booking to hotel and.no refund..

Wir betreuen seit 1985 Feriengäste und legen großen Wert auf deren Zufriedenheit. Es tut uns leid, dass unser Gast auf Grund der Verspätung durch den langen Flug und die damit verbundenen Umstände verärgert war. Wenn am Silvester 2016 auf 2017 der Flieger wegen Nebel nicht starten kann und der Gast erst um 22:30 Uhr ankommt, sind die Supermärkte und viele Restaurants entweder ausgebucht oder geschlossen. Unsere Ferienbungalows sind auf dem aktuellen Stand so wie auf der Internetseite ersichtlich, alle haben 290 qm Wohn- und Nutzfläche. Wir bedauern diesen Vorfall und haben auf 50 % des Mietpreises verzichtet.
