1 bedroom lovely apartment in Matulji

Look forward to a wonderful time in this cosy flat.



This comfortably furnished and stylishly designed holiday apartment is located just a few kilometres from Opatija, in a small village. It consists of two bedrooms, kitchen with dining room and bathroom. One bedroom can be used as a living room as it has a TV and is accessible. There is a small terrace on the upper floor, which you can use for your morning coffee or to relax.



In the evening, gather around the barbecue on the ground floor, where you can try out local dishes and prepare your favourite specialities. End the day on the terrace with a glass of wine. The garden is pretty and well-kept, full of flowers, shared and fenced.



The combination of the sea climate and fresh air makes your stay particularly pleasant. Volosko, Opatija and the beaches are just a few minutes' drive away, and the towns of Iii and Medveja, which offer beautiful pebble beaches, are only a few minutes away. The Uka Nature Park is also nearby. The minimum height in one of the outermost parts of the room is 150 cm, but this does not affect your comfort.

Es gab zwischen durch Eier von den hofeigenen Hühnern, Gurken und Zucchini aus dem Garten hinterm Haus und auch da eine oder andere Gläschen auf der Terrasse mit dem netten Vermieterpaar. Sehr ruhig, keine Touriecke und Lokale in der Nähe, in denen meist nur Einheimische Essen gingen, und das zu sehr humanen Preisen. Ganze Menus für 6€ bis 12€. Rundum eine Empfelung wert!!!
