A very well-maintained and comfortable holiday home with approximately 130 m² of living space in a location close to the beach, right on the dike in the Ording area of St. Peter-Ording. The holiday home features a beautiful garden with a view across the expansive meadows and a large covered patio. This holiday home boasts beautiful, modern, and bright furnishings. • Living room with a very nice sofa set, flat-screen TV • Dining room with a dining table and 5 chairs, direct access to the terrace and garden. • Separate kitchen with a small sitting area, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment • 1st bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), wardrobe • 2nd bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm) • 3rd bedroom on the upper floor with a single bed • 4. Another room in the attic with a sitting area. This space offers a view over the dike towards the Ordinger Vorland and the beach. • 1 bathroom on the upper floor (bathtub bathroom) with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink. • 1 bathroom on the ground floor (shower room) with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. A small extra room that can be used, for example, as a home office. Entryway with coat rack, mirror in the entrance area, utility room with washing machine and dryer, and storage room. Parking space in front of the house. Wi-Fi. Bed linens are provided. Towels can be booked separately. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Very nice and large garden, beautiful covered terrace with a beach chair. Barbecuing is allowed, but you must bring your own grill.

Wir hatten als Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit, das Haus ist sehr schön und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Ausreichend Platz für alle. Die Stühle im Essbereich könnten erneuert werden, sind schon stark abgenutzt und Messer für Obst / Gemüse schneiden wäre super. Ansonsten war alles super. Vielen Dank
