This modern, non-smoking holiday home is located in a quiet holiday home community in Neßmersiel and offers approximately 100 m² of space for up to 6 people and one toddler. Up to two dogs are welcome here, so your four-legged friend can also enjoy a carefree holiday.

On the ground floor of the house, you’ll find a light-filled, cosy living and dining area that invites you to relax and enjoy time together. The adjacent, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything you need to prepare your meals. A bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed ensures a restful night’s sleep. The modern shower room with a toilet rounds out the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms. One is furnished with a box-spring bed, and the other with a box-spring bed and a single bed—ideal for families. Another shower room with a toilet provides additional comfort on the upper floor.

A total of three TVs, located in different areas of the house, provide entertainment. Additionally, a travel cot, a baby cot, and a high chair are available for the youngest guests, ensuring that even the youngest family members feel completely at home. The free-to-use washing machine and dryer are also convenient. In addition, you can use the free Wi-Fi to stay connected at all times.

The house’s garden features a spacious terrace, which offers the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The pellet stove provides cosy warmth on cooler days, while the electric roller shutters offer additional comfort and privacy.

A private parking space in front of the house ensures a hassle-free arrival and a comfortable stay. A storage room is available for your bicycles.
