The “Jan am Strand” apartment building captivates with its maritime ambiance and is situated in a prime location, directly behind the dike. The picturesque sandy beach of Döse is just a minute’s walk away. Depending on the apartment’s location, you’ll enjoy an exclusive view of the International Shipping Route and the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site, the Wadden Sea, on the north side. On the south side, a sun-drenched spot with an enchanting view of the countryside awaits you.

All apartments are comfortable and accessible via lift, and each comes with an assigned underground parking space. Both the apartments and the penthouse units at “Jan am Strand” feature balconies or spacious terraces.

The Spielkogge at the Döse beach house is within sight, and the expansive “Seeräuber” adventure playground in the spa park as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach are within walking distance. Washing machines and dryers are available in the building.
