The Space:

Pacific light finds the apartment early, warming the rooms as the day opens. Outside, Nuevo Nayarit stirs — the scent of coffee drifting from nearby cafés, the waterfront walkway coming to life, and the Plaza 3.14 setting a relaxed, unhurried tone. This is a place that invites you to slow down and settle in, whether you're here for a week or much longer.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 sofa where you can sleep. Room-darkening shades help you ease into restful nights, and the layout gives small groups and families enough space to move comfortably without feeling crowded. Hangers, bed linens, and thoughtful touches throughout make it simple to settle in from the moment you arrive.

Wifi keeps you connected. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs to catch up on remote work between explorations. The home is arranged on a single level — no stairs to navigate — with elevator access from the building, and a private entrance that adds a quiet sense of arrival.

 

Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering stays. A stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and blender are all on hand, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. A dining table gives you a proper place to gather for meals, whether that's a quick morning coffee or a longer evening spread after a day by the water.

 

Outdoor living

Step outside to a patio or balcony furnished with outdoor furniture and sun loungers - a comfortable spot to take in the waterfront setting at any time of day. The building's pool offers another way to cool off and unwind without leaving home. Bikes are available for guests who want to explore the surrounding streets and coastline at their own pace.

 

Building and location

Situated within Plaza 3.14 Nuevo Vallarta, the building places you at the center of an open-air neighbourhood shaped by good food, easy socializing, and direct access to the Pacific coast. Nuevo Nayarit's long stretch of shoreline is right at hand, while Puerto Vallarta is a short drive away for anyone wanting to venture further. Window guards and safety alarms - smoke and carbon monoxide - are in place throughout.

 

Practical details

Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are both available, making arrivals and day trips straightforward. Long term stays are welcome, offering flexibility for extended visits. Please note: a washer, essentials pack, and heating are not available at this property.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations. Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival. *Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 20 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

Terra is located in a development in which it has its own facilities, so you can not make use of other facilities that do not correspond to the Terra tower. -Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
