Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nur befriedigend
Ein Hoher Preis wurde gezahlt, dafür dass wir auf sehr engem Raum eine nicht mal mindestens ausgestattete FeWo bekommen haben. Die Wohnung war sauber. Lüften war schwierig, es war immer stickig. Balkon war nicht begehbar, so fehlte uns viel Platz. Für eine extra Rolle Klopapier diskutierte man erst mit uns, die haben wir ja nicht dazu gebucht. Waren nur 2 Tage Da wohlgemerkt. Dann doch bekommen. Bettwäsche ist mitzubringen, ansonsten ebenfalls hoher Preis fällig. Die Lage war super. Wir würden allerdings für den Preis und die Leistungen nicht nochmal buchen.

Moin aus Cuxhaven,
vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Bereits vor Buchung hatten wir auf die Umstände mit den Balkonen hingewiesen und einen Rabatt von 20% auf die Miete eingeräumt, welchen Sie in Anspruch genommen haben. Eine Ferienwohnung sollte nicht mit einem Hotel oder einer Pension verwechselt werden, denn sie stellt nicht unbedingt eine günstigere Alternative zu diesen dar, wenn man "nur" 2 Tage bucht, denn mann zahlt die vollen Nebenkosten wie bei einem langen Aufenthalt. Ferienwohnungen sind eher für Aufenthalte von 5-14 Tage geeignet.
Wir hoffen dennoch, dass es Ihnen hier bei uns an der Küste gefallen hat.
