Spacious 2-room apartment in the PASSAT residence for 2 to 4 people. A cosy apartment located on the mezzanine level: 1 living/dining/sleeping room (tiled floor) with an integrated kitchenette, pizza oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and microwave. The living area features a comfortable double sofa bed, 1 armchair and a coffee table, 1 dining table, and 4 chairs. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. Satellite TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Furnished southeast-facing terrace. Parking space on the parking deck. Lawn area with playground equipment. The swimming pool with counter-current system and a Finnish sauna are available for free in the building. An lift to the swimming pool, sauna, and coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available to all guests. 190 m to the sandy beach. Bicycle rental nearby.

The Passat Holiday Residence features a beautiful swimming pool* and a sauna* and is located just a 2-minute walk from the magnificent Döser sandy beach on a quiet cul-de-sac.

Many apartments offer a north-facing lake view with a south- or southeast-facing balcony. The apartments without a lake view have south- or east-facing balconies.

The building has an lift and underground parking or parking spaces. Washing machines and dryers are available for a fee. Bicycles can be locked up in the garage or in front of the building. Some apartments offer free Wi-Fi.

Shopping, a bus stop, and restaurants are all nearby.

The spa park, with its large “Seeräuber” adventure playground and animal enclosures, as well as the heated seawater outdoor pool on the beach, are within walking distance. The “Spielkogge” at the Döse beach house is also just a few minutes away.

Wir waren schon mal in der Anlage.Wir kommen seit 7 Jahren nach cuxhaven. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt wäre ein besserer sichtschutz auf der Terasse besser.Man fühlt dich auf der Terasse sehr beobachtet. Dadurch haben wir die Terasse nicht oft genutzt. Da sich die Terasse direkt am Eingang befindet war es sehr unangenehm . Wir fanden die Ruhe sehr angenehm. So viele Menschen und trotzdem sehr erholsame.
