This 67-square-meter, 3-room apartment for 2–5 people, featuring two balconies and located on the second floor, awaits you in an exclusive location. You can literally walk the 80 metres to the Baltic Sea beach barefoot.

The holiday apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds. Autumn asleep to the sound of the Baltic Sea waves.

The spacious living area features a cosy sitting area as well as an open kitchen with an inviting dining area.

Amenities include an underground parking space and an lift that takes you directly from there to your holiday apartment.

The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating.

The small balcony faces the sea, while the large balcony, with its excellent southwest-facing location, is perfect for cosy summer evenings.

Directly across from the apartment lies the beautifully landscaped spa park, and just behind it is the well-maintained beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
