The Adler Living Attika Apartment features a spacious penthouse loggia and a bedroom balcony with breathtaking mountain views. Covering approx. 55 m², it accommodates up to 4 guests: a cozy living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with queen-size bed, and a modern bathroom with washing machine.



Your car can be conveniently parked in the private underground garage, including a wallbox for e-cars and e-bikes (charging available for an extra fee). There is a bicycle storage area and an elevator for easy access to the apartment.



Amenities include free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, electric grill, hairdryer, Nespresso machine, and a 50-inch smart TV. Towels and bed linen are included.



Guests receive free entry to the swimming pools at the Naturns adventure spa.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Naturns in der Ferienwohnung 'Adler Living Attika'. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, alles ist blitzsauber. Es ist einfach nur toll, vom Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage bis zu den schönen Balkonen und der gut eingerichteten Küche. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für einen schönen Wanderurlaub. Entweder man geht von dort selbst los oder fährt zum Beispiel mit dem Zug vom Bahnhof in der Nähe zum Ausgangspunkt der Wanderung. Die Kommunikation mit der Familie Gamper ist ausgezeichnet, sie sind supernett und äußerst effizient. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt: vielen Dank!

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit tollem Balkon mit Sicht auf die Berge.

Pros: Lage im Zentrum ist ideal. Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle in 5 Minuten Gehweite. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Meran Card für Bus und Bahn ist inklusive und man braucht kein Auto.

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr nette Gastgeber!!!

Pros: Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt von 6 Tagen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber(wie auf den Bildern). Bei der Einrichtung wurde an alles gedacht (Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine usw.). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen (Supermarket, Restaurants usw.). Das Auto wird in der Tiefgarage in einer sep. abschliessbaren Garagenbox parkiert. Wir konnten kostenlos in der Erlebnistherme Naturns schwimmen. Auch der Südtiroler Guest Pass während unseres Aufenthaltes war eine tolle Sache. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher wieder kommen!!! Cons: Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, es war alles super!!

Heerlijk rustig appartement met mooi uitzicht

Pros: Locatie top! Mooie wandelroutes dichtbij, winkels dichtbij. Het geluid van (onder)buren is minimaal. Door de triple beglazing heb je ook geen last van omgevingsgeluid. Vanaf het balkon heb je een mooi uitzicht op de omgeving en bergen. Cons: De luchtfilter maakte veel geluid en kregen we helaas niet zachter. Leek een error te hebben.

Wunderschoenes Apartment in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage

Pros: Ein wunderschönes, gut ausgestattetes und modernes Apartment mit einem tollen Blick in die Berge. Super Lage – ruhig und doch fußläufig fuer Einkäufe und Restaurants-/ Bar-Besuche sowie viele Freizeitaktivitäten in und um Naturns. Angenehme Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
