Beautiful cottage "Witten". In the district of Moorweg, on the outskirts, 6 km from the centre of Esens, in a secluded position, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach. Private: large garden with lawn and flowers. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 6.5 km, grocery 6.5 km, bakery 4 km, café 4 km, bus stop 2.2 km, railway station "Esens" 7 km, ferry "Bensersiel" 9 km, sandy beach 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km. Please note: car recommended.
3-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Modern and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Underfloor heating. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, logs (extra). Please note: not suitable for children under 14 years. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
