With assigned parking, this apartment will have you close to the airport and just a 6-minute drive from Flamenco Beach.

The space
Our building is between the school and the airport. It holds 8 individually owned apartments. Ours is located on the second floor. No elevators. 15 minute walk from the ferry and 4 minutes away from the airport.

Guest access
You will have access to the apartment and one parking space.

Other things to note
* As a Caribbean island, roosters, cats, dogs, hens, and chickens roam freely around the area. You'll be by a local's neighborhood. Culebra's only school is around the block.

* Insect repellent is highly recommended. As in any beach location, there is a possibility of being bitten by insects while enjoying the sand and water. Commonly known as gnats, sand fleas, no-see-ums or biting midges, these tiny biting insects are barely visible to the naked eye, but their bites can be irritating and their effects can be felt several hours after being bitten. A small reddish or whitish welt about the size of a freckle is a sure sign that you’ve been bitten. Thankfully, these bites are not harmful to human health, but sure are annoying!

Protect yourself and your family by applying insect repellent when you are outside. For your convenience, we offer complimentary insect repellent which you’ll find in our property.

*Please note that the beach gear we provide is beach chairs, towels and a backpack cooler. No snorkeling or beach pad. Keep in mind that inventories in Culebra are limited. If any of this beach gear is not present, it means the replacement is not available on the island. No compensation will be granted for the lack of any of this beach gear.

*Bring your medications with you.

*Buy your ferry or plane tickets in advance.

*Book your rental car in advance. A golf cart will work if you plan to stay in town and Flamenco. To access other beaches, a Jeep or similar are recommended.

*We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking. If necessary, we will assist you with the documentation on our end.

Please note that if there is an interruption in water or electricity service due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible. We do not manage or have any control over the local water or power companies.

We guarantee that all utilities are up-to-date prior to each guest’s arrival, and proof of this can be provided if necessary.

By booking, the guest acknowledges and accepts that the property does not include a power generator or water cistern and that the host will not be responsible for any service interruptions caused by external factors.

No compensation will be provided for outages or service loss beyond our control
