Step out to the beach from this Beach Cottage located within South Seas Resort, Captiva, Florida. This charming 2-Bedroom, 2 Full Bath Vacation Cottage is easily accessed from the Front Parking Area and Has the luxury of a direct walk to the beach from the screened Lanai.
This Cottage comes with 4 Beach Chairs and and Beach Umbrella. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the Amenities to Make You Feel Right at Home. The Living room is enhanced with a Double sofa bed.
The spacious Master Bedroom with King size Bed overlooks the Gulf. A walk-in Shower completes the newly Designed Master Bath. The Guest Bedroom Has Twin Beds. The Second Full Bath offers a Bathtub with a Shower and is Just Steps Away.

The Laundry Room is Complete with Washer, Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron. This rental comes with access to the Pool and Tennis/Pickle ball court which are just steps away. Two Gas Grills by the Pool are convenient for cooking out. Parking is in Front of the Cottage.

This Charming Vacation Cottage is Conveniently Located on the first Level. After returning from the beach, Washing off the sand and sorting your shells is easy by the back Steps. Swim in the Gulf, Build Sand Castles, Fish or Just Enjoy the Warmth of the Florida Sun. Sunsets are Spectacular from the Beach or Lanai.
