Cozy vacation apartment for 1-4 persons in the heart of Grömitz - 200m to the beach

If no one is there when you arrive, we will leave the key in a small key safe to the right of the building’s front door. The code is 2766.
The car park is located right next to the building. Each apartment has one parking space available.


Complex:

In a prime location, just 200 m from the boardwalk and the beach, the “Solaris” apartment building is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Grömitz. It’s just a few steps to the town centre!

The holiday complex consists of a spacious two-story holiday home with 3 bathrooms and 17 separate apartments in the main building.

Each apartment features a bright, nearly new shower room as well as a modern built-in kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. All apartments are non-smoking and have their own balcony or terrace.

Accessibility:
There is an lift in the building housing the individual apartments. A special feature is the separate, lockable, wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor. This is open to the public and can be used by all guests staying in the holiday apartments. The door is 70 cm wide.

You can relax in the spacious guest garden with beach chairs and seating areas; grills are available for rent. In the basement, there is a coin-operated sauna that runs on 0.50€ coins. A laundry room is also available; 0.50 € coins are required for this as well.

A private parking space on the property is reserved for your car (the holiday home even has two parking spaces).
