Die Gegend ist sehr schön! Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt und nicht zu groß. Das Haus war für uns genau Richtig, nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein, das Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Einfach zu empfehlen.

Ein tolles Ferienhaus für die ganze Familie

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Erwachsenen und einem unter einem Jahr alten Kind. Wir waren sehr angetan von der guten Ausstattung des Hauses und der modernen Technik. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Der Ferienpark ist angenehm familiär und die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten. Aber das wichtige ist, man kommt immer wieder gern ins Haus zurück und genießt es, auch dort einfach Zeit zu verbringen.

Seeehr komfortabel und erholsam!

Wir alle haben die Zeit in Wolke 7 sehr genossen. Um es kurz zu machen: alle Angaben des Inserats stimmten genau und das sehr luxuriöse Ferienhaus bot die Grundlage für eine perfekte Erholungswoche. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist absolut top; Wäsche vor Ort wäre gut gewesen, aber der Vermieter (1a Kommunikation) konnte uns das Fehlen absolut plausibel erklären. Der Ferienpark hat sich im Vergleich zu vor drei Jahren extrem weiterentwickelt, da viele neue Häuser gebaut wurden. Uns fehlte die Fußballwiese, aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nix (sein Haus steht nicht drauf). UNSER Urlaub war sehr erholsam und wir können die Wolke 7 vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen. Ohne Frage: 5 Sterne!

Wenn man diese Bewertung liest, weiß man, dass sich alle Mühen und Anstrengungen lohnen, den Gästen ein möglichst schönes Urlaubsdomizil bereitzustellen. Es geradezu wohltuend zu wissen, dass sich die Gäste im eigenen Haus wohlgefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht haben. Die Bauarbeiten im Park sind abgeschlossen und eine neue Fußballwiese wurde hinter dem neuen Parkhuys angelegt. Abschließend möchten wir sagen, dass eine gute Kommunikation nur stattfinden kann, wenn beide Seiten aufeinander zugehen. Deshalb auch eine Dankeschön an Sie für den unkomplizierten Austausch. Dass Sie das Haus in einem hervorragenden Zustand wieder verlassen war uns schon vorher klar. Auch dafür ein Dankeschön an Sie.

Entschleunigt in Noordholland

Haben uns wohl gefühlt im Haus ! Das Haus ist sehr technisch ausgestattet leider ohne Bedienungsanleitung. Auch fehlte Anleitung zur Mülltrennung. Sonst war alles perfekt

Zunächst einmal ist es schön, dass diese Gäste sich in unserem Haus wohlgefühlt haben und (fast) alles perfekt gewesen ist. Dass sie die Beschreibungen nicht gefunden haben ist natürlich ärgerlich. Ein Anruf bei uns hätte das Problem sofort lösen können. Etwas anders verhält es sich mit der Mülltrennung - in den Niederlanden wird kein Abfall getrennt. Lediglich Flaschen und Pappe kommen in einen gesonderten Abfallbehälter, die man aber nur schwer übersehen kann. Wirklich bedauerlich ist, dass man einen Stern Abzug bekommt, wo ein einziger Anruf diese Probleme hätte lösen können. Wir geben uns weiterhin viel Mühe, unseren Gästen einen unbeschwerten Urlaub zu gewährleisten. Schließlich sind vier Sterne ja auch nicht schlecht ...
