The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure if umbrellas were used outside to put them down.
Put all furniture including outside furniture back to where you found it. Pool floats back in the pool toy mesh bin.
Please make sure all toys are out of pool. Especially from the bottom. I'd hate to have you have to pay to repair something.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool toys removed from pool after each use. Umbrellas put down when not in use. Wind can pick up quickly. No glass at pool.
Excessive messes or not cleaned up after yourself will result in additional cleaning charge.
Quiet time is 10pm-8am. No more than 2 cars at home. Please be honest about guest count.

We have lived in the home for 19 years and life took a turn for us. We love the neighborhood and how peaceful it is. The golf course in the backyard is an added bonus.
