No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Only small dogs are permitted on the property. All pets must be disclosed in advance and the applicable pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Dogs must be kept on a leash in public areas, and all waste must be properly cleaned up.

Stairs
Stairs are required to access the home.

Community Registration
All guests must register with the HOA no later than 72 hours prior to check-in. Failure to register may delay access to the community.

HOA Fee
If your group has more than 6 guests, a mandatory $9 per person, per day fee is required and must be paid online during pre-registration.

Security Camera
There is 1 exterior security camera at the front door facing the entry. It does not look into interior spaces and records video and sound when motion activated.
