Please know it is not as family friendly as most. The owner will text at 11:30 at night for no reason except push you out basically.

I sincerely apologize for how you feel about the situation and also for the late call. The property is located in a family community with quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We were informed that there was extremely loud noise coming from the property during those hours, and we wanted to address the issue as soon as we were notified. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
