Super Lage. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber

Pros: Schöne Lage. Direkt neben dem Haus ein Laden mit Semmeln, Milch und das nötigste. Ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Bei Fragen darf man sich immer an ihn wenden. Es lief alles total unkompliziert. Ein super schöner Garten. Der Raumduft in dem Apartment, ein Traum. Alles sehr angenehm und zum wohlfühlen. Wenn ich wieder eine Resie nach Bozen plane, ist die Villa Runkelstein meine erste Wahl! Cons: Es war alles perfekt.

Beautiful Bolzano

A beautiful guest house in a beautiful place! It is centrally located, ~5 minutes from the pedestrian zone (great for us since we didn’t have a car), Robert was an excellent host.

Pros: Normalerweise schreiben wir als Vielreisende keine Bewertungen - jetzt ist das aber wegen dieser besonderen Unterkunft geboten. Überhaupt eine Unterkunft im Bozener Villenbereich zu finden, in dem dazu noch der riesige Garten zur freien Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung gestellt wird, ist an sich schon ein Glücksfall. Das die beiden Unterkünfte, die modere Tiefgarage und der Garten allerdings erst jüngst kostenintensiv und energetisch ausgereift (= Klimaanlage nicht notwendig!) überarbeitet wurden, verdient besondere Erwähnung. Der Vermieter war höflich, zuvorkommend, flexibel sowie gastfreundlich und stand mit Rat und Tat für kulturelle und kulinarische Fragen oder Empfehlungen zur Freizeitgestaltung kompetent zur Verfügung. Die Auswahl der Einrichtung und Möblierung war für Ferienunterkünfte außergewöhnlich hochwertig. Preis/Leistung ist unschlagbar und das direkt gegenüber liegende Feinkostgeschäft rundete den besonderen Aufenthalt ideal ab. Wir kommen bestimmt mehrfach wieder! Cons: Die Beschreibung der mit hohem finanziellen Aufwand modernisierten Unterkunft, die Beschreibung der Ausstattung und hochwertigen Möblierung und Einrichtung und die verwendeten Fotos spiegeln die Realität nicht ab, weshalb ich Abzüge in der Bewertung machen musste, was allerdings etwas mit dem Portal und nicht mit der Unterkunft zu tun hat. Woanders wird verkaufsfördernd geschönt, hier aber sollte man potentiellen Interessenten noch realistischere Eindrücke der besonderen Unterkunft mitteilen. Auch die Angaben zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten werden schlechter dargestellt, als in der Realität vorhanden.
