This unit was a perfect landing space for our family while exploring the Palmer area and experiencing glaciers via an Alaskan Back country Adventure UTV tour! We had an issue connecting to the wifi when we arrived, but once we messaged the host we got a very quick response and were able to get on to the wifi, and had no other issues with our stay. I really appreciated the prompt response!

The communication was not so great with the host. First we didn’t received the code to open the door when we arrived and then the provided password of the wifi didn’t work until host provided different one. In the checkout day were a little late waking up so we texted the host asking for 30 min late checkout but the host was never replied. We were so very rushed to get out of the house. We know that was our fault to not check the checkout time the day before, but either way the host should reply to our text! I wouldn’t book with this host again in future.
