The Dining Area: Anchoring the main room is a dedicated dining space for four. Expansive picture windows frame the room, pulling in natural light and offering a curated glimpse of the Gulf—an intentional connection to the coast while maintaining the privacy of the suite.
The Kitchen: The floor plan flows into a bespoke culinary space featuring dual-tone cabinetry, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and professional stainless steel appliances. To keep the design streamlined we've opted for no dishwasher and manual dishwashing Is required.
The Bunk Nook: Tucked away in a quiet transition area, custom built-in twin-over-twin bunks offer a quiet space for additional guests or children. It’s an integrated sleeping solution that feels private without closing off the home's open energy.
The Bath: The design flows into a spa-inspired bath clad in floor-to-ceiling gold and cream marble. High-contrast matte black fixtures and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower provide a sharp, modern ritual to end your day.
The Bedroom: Retreat to the primary suite featuring a luxurious King bed with premium linens and a 50-inch Roku TV to wind down in total quiet.
