The cottage was ultra clean and conveniently located close enough to the river you can walk down and get right into the water. My only issue is with the ladder to the loft. My significant other fell off trying to go down in the middle of the night to use the restroom. This is the ONLY reason I would not return. Everything else was absolutely perfect!
