We had a wonderful stay! Phil was a great host, and the home was beautiful and spacious. Everything was very well maintained, clean, and organized. The house was also incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay so much easier and more enjoyable. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the home in great shape. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Great property for a family reunion of 24 of us. Plenty of room lots of fun water toys and host was fantastic. Note that the water can be bay is very shallow and needed to trim up your pontoon motor to avoid hitting the mud.

Excellent stay for our large party. Everyone had ample space. The property was well maintained, clean and in a perfect location! There was so much to do on site we didn’t have to leave our entire stay. The host was incredibly responsive and the maintenance on site was very helpful. Already looking forward to booking again next summer.

Beautiful, spacious home with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms & fun lake amenities! Communication with the host was easy & with quick response time!We had 12 adults for our extended family vacation over the 4th of July. Everyone had plenty of room! The floor plan is a little spread out with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms in the front section of the house & then 2 floors with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on each floor in the back of the house. Both kitchens are fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. The house was very clean with cute decorations & a beautiful view of the lake. Having the pontoon boat right at our dock was fantastic! The inflatable obstacle course was a blast & the kayaks were really fun to explore the lake! We all enjoyed the hot tub to relax in after a day full of fun!These homes are very new so grass in the backyard is still growing & there aren’t many trees to give you privacy from your neighbors. We had great neighbors at both houses surrounding ours so it wasn’t a problem but the houses are very close. Also, since this lake is more of a reservoir it is pretty shallow & getting under the overpass in the pontoon each day to access Case Rock Lake was a little tricky with all the rain we’ve had & high water levels. Overall we had a wonderful time! Make sure to pack your bug spray as mosquitos love lake houses! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!
