Enjoy relaxing family evenings in the cosy living area on the large corner sofa or in an armchair in front of the TV (HD), watching a Blu-ray or DVD, or listening to music on the modern hi-fi system.
Wi-Fi is also available.

The bright, inviting kitchenette is well-equipped and includes, among other things, an oven, a 4-burner hob, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Of course, dishes and tea towels are also provided here.

Also on the ground floor is the modern bathroom with a toilet, sink, walk-in shower, heated floors, and a towel warmer. Additionally, the ground floor features a storage room with a washing machine, a coat rack, and closets.

Upstairs are the two spacious bedrooms and a guest bathroom with a toilet and sink.
One of the bedrooms features a 2 x 2-meter double bed, and the room offers enough space to set up a travel cot.
The other bedroom has two single beds, each measuring 1 x 2 metres.

Upon request, we can provide a dog bed complete with a pillow and bowls.
It comes in three different sizes and costs €5.00 per night.

You’ll really get into the holiday spirit on the large, sheltered terrace. A beautiful, spacious, fenced-in garden surrounds the house, offering plenty of room for our human and animal guests to play, run around, and soak up the sun.

One parking space is available free of charge.
