Alles in allem war es für den Preis ein absolut solider Urlaubsort.Das ehemalige Hotel Intermar bietet jetzt wirklich schön renovierte Zimmer für Feriengäste.Fangen wir von vorn an, wir kamen (nach telefonischer Absprache) Abends gegen 18 Uhr an. Und hatten keine Ahnung wie es weiter geht.Zum Glück hatte uns die nette Dame die diese Wohnung verwaltet uns zuvor noch telefonisch kontaktiert und nach unserer Ankunftszeit gefragt. So hatten wir eine Nummer zum Anrufen und nachfragen, da die Agentur nur bis 16 Uhr erreichbar war, und sonst keine weitere Nummer in der Anzeige hinterlegt war.Der Wohnkomplex umfasst zehn Stockwerke, wobei die ersten beiden meines Wissens nach gar nicht genutzt werden.Es gab einen schönen großen Balkon, eine vollausgestattete kleine Küche, ein kleines Bad, dafür sogar mit Badewanne, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Ehebett. Wir drei (Ehepaar mit 16 jährigen Sohn) hatten genug Platz für die Woche.Der Weg in unser Zimmer im siebten Stock war abenteuerlich. Es gab eine sehr ausführliche und nette Rundführung, aber da es alles so riesig ist, waren wir doch gelegentlich etwas verloren, wenn wir uns im Gebäude bewegten. Es gibt Aufzüge aus den 70ern, die aber zuverlässig funktionieren.Wer ein 70er Jahre Ambiente mit einem Hauch Lost Place mag, der wird sich hier richtig wohl fühlen. Mein Mann hat jede Minute genossen. Während ich permanent an den Film shining gedacht habe. Die unglaublich schöne Lage macht aber spätestens alles wett!

Haus furchtbar, Wohnung und Lage toll

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich modern eingerichtet, sauber, riecht gut und bietet einen tollen Ausblick vom Eckbalkon (7.Stock, diverse Fahrstühle). Auch Check-In sehr freundlich und informativ.Aber das Hochhaus ist eine Bausünde und in einem wirklich abgerockten Zustand.... Wenn man das aushalten kann und entweder mit geschlossenem Fenster schläft oder nicht so lärmempfindlich ist (Nähe der Bahn), ist der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Der Bahnhof ist in Sichtweite, praktisch bei Bahnanreise.

Gemütlich und sauber

Im Grunde war alles gut. Der Balkon müsste eventuell mal entspinnt und die Kaffeemaschine sowie der Wasserkocher ersetzt werden. Das Appartement ist aber eigentlich gepflegt und der Ausblick über den See einfach ein Highlight.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und sauber mit einem tollen Ausblick. Das Gebäude ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und war auf den ersten Blick nicht sehr einladend. Wir konnten das Auto sicher stehen lassen und alles zu Fuß oder mit den öffentlichen erreichen .. (Plön, Kiel u.s.w.)

Das Apartment ein Loch die Einrichtung kann ich nicht beschreiben alles durcheinander.

Und in Hochhaus STINKT es im Fahrstuhl in den Fluren echt Übel.So kann man seinen Urlaub nicht genießen.Wenn Ihr solche Objekte entfehlt Buch ich nie wieder bei euch.

Für einen Kurztripp ausreichend

Die Fewo ist etwas beengt, insbesondere Schlafzimmer mit überdimensioniertem Bett sowie sehr kleine Küche. Ansonsten aber sauber und alles Notwendige vorhanden. Leider war der Parkplatz immer überfüllt, da nicht alle, die innen Tiefgaragenplatz haben, diesen auch immer nutzen und so die Parkplätze im Freien zusätzlich blockieren. Der Check in war sehr freundlich und informativ. So wünscht man sich das.
