Our apartment, Sünnschien, is located on the upper floor of a Frisian-style house with only four apartments. It’s in a quiet location on a cul-de-sac and has its own parking space.

On our south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun (Sünn) all day long.
You’ll spend your holiday in a lovingly furnished holiday apartment: a bright living room with a wood-burning stove, satellite TV (flat-screen TV), a stereo system with CD/DVD player, Bluetooth, and USB. The dining area is equipped with a kitchenette (dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop, convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine). You’ll also find common kitchen appliances such as a kettle, egg cooker, immersion blender, knife block, kitchen utensils, and plenty of cutlery. Games for all ages are available for fun-filled evenings. You’ll also find a guest folder with suggestions for excursions in and around Cuxhaven (including a section with a bike map). Both bedrooms each feature a double bed, a box-spring bed, and a French bed (140 cm x 200 cm). There is also an additional flat-screen TV in the second bedroom (or children’s room).
In the new, exclusively designed bathroom, you’ll enjoy underfloor heating and a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead.

Our Residenz Vogelsand is a beautiful holiday apartment complex consisting of an apartment building with 12 units and 3 separate Frisian-style houses, each with 4 units, located in Cuxhaven-Dose. It’s only about 200 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 24 holiday apartments for 1–4 people, each with 2 separate bedrooms. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building.
Recreational activities: Game room with table tennis, foosball, and a ball pit; children’s playground; swimming and sauna facilities at one of the largest seawater wave pools, the Thalassozentrum ahoi! in the nearby district of Duhnen.

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded). Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone. Check-in on Sundays and holidays is from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
