The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dishes: please make sure all dishes are fully cleaned at time of checkout or at least in the dishwasher turned on. Bedding: place the CLEAN ME cards on the bed(s) that were used.
Towels: toss used towels in the dirty bin next to the washer/dryer. Turn off the heat/fan if you have it on, ALL thermostats to the requested seasonal mode. Make sure no water is running.
Turn off all lights inside and out. Take the kitchen trash out to the large trash bin out back All the windows are fully shut and locked. Stack all patio furniture after use Lock the back/front doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property was so clean and welcoming! It was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. I loved having a washer and dryer. This place was centrally located to many activities, we had a wonderful day in Yellowstone and enjoyed some of the local attractions in Virginia City and Ennis. It was also a short 5 minute walk to downtown Ennis.  We would definitely stay here again!
