We offer a total of three holiday apartments (1st floor: approx. 45 sqm; TinyFlat: approx. 30 sqm with a loft bed; and our garden apartment: approx. 35 sqm of floor space) in a detached house in the countryside with approx. 8,000 sqm of fenced-in open space where your four-legged companion can roam freely. The apartments can be rented individually. There are separate entrances! Of course, you can rent the entire house or multiple apartments at the same time. There is a sunroom with a pool table and foosball table that everyone can use equally.<br>The off-leash area can be accessed directly from every apartment; each apartment has its own small fenced-in area—no leashes, no stress from unwanted encounters—just open the door and let the fun begin!<br>The Garden Apartment is a modern ground-floor holiday rental, 35 square metres, studio-style, with an open-concept living/sleeping area, open kitchen area, rain shower, tile floors, and electric heating. It’s part of a complex with 3 other holiday rentals in a house in the countryside. Approximately 8,000 square metres of fenced-in outdoor play area for your four-legged companions. Direct access from the house—no leashes needed; just open the door and let the fun begin! This apartment has its own small private garden with a patio, accessible directly from the kitchen. Enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on your own patio—that’s pure relaxation! Direct access from the house—no need to put them on a leash; just open the door and let the fun begin!<br><br>This 35-square-meter, modern, open-concept apartment with a living and sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and a Senseo coffee pod machine. There’s also a “regular” coffee maker and a Wasserkocher.Im In the bathroom, you’ll find a rain shower in addition to the toilet and sink vor.Im The sleeping area features a double bed (180 x 200).The sofa in the living area can be converted into a sleeping area for two additional people if needed. The entire apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, and dog-friendly, non-slip tiles.<br><br>The town of Bad Bederkesa is approximately 2 km away. There you’ll find various shopping options, restaurants, and the Moortherme spa with a sauna and saltwater thermal bath. Also worth mentioning is the historic castle. Lake Beerster, with its circular hiking trail, is highly recommended for an active holiday with your dog. In Dorum-Neufeld, about 25 km away, there is a dog beach where, at low tide, you can take long walks—off-leash—in the mudflats—always a wonderful experience for both people and dogs! Cuxhaven is about 40 km away, and Bremerhaven is about 25 km away. In the immediate vicinity, the Natureum in Balje, the Wingst Zoo with its wolf enclosure, and the Moor Information Centre in Ahlenfalkenberg (to name just a few destinations) invite you to take further excursions.<br><br>What makes all of our apartments special is that we don’t limit either the number of dogs you’d like to bring on holiday or the size of your furry friends.
