Lin-25 - Residenz Villa Linde

The apartment is accessible at ground level, but due to its hillside location, it is actually on the ground floor. The entire apartment has laminate flooring, and the bathroom has light-colored tile. Of course, a washing machine, cable TV, and Wi-Fi are provided. The bedroom features a box-spring bed from Vispring, and the living area has a high-quality pull-out double sofa bed. In addition to its well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The comfortable furniture on the large balcony invites you to relax. A reserved, free parking space is located right next to the house.



You’ll be staying at Villa Linde in a fully equipped holiday apartment for 1–4 people, each featuring a bedroom, a living/sleeping area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower/toilet, a balcony/terrace, TV, and in some cases a telephone.

Shops for daily necessities, restaurants, cafés, and spa facilities are just a few steps away. The North Beach, whose promenade leads all the way to the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe, is also just a few minutes’ walk away.

Local recreational activities: cinema, library, bowling, bike rentals, indoor swimming pool, horseback riding, nightclub, boating, guided hiking and biking tours, the “Rasender Roland” narrow-gauge railway, and a wide range of programmes for guests and children.

In winter: cross-country skiing (20 km trail), sledding (350 m sledding hill).
