We offer a two-room apartment for summer rentals, located in a quiet area yet close to all amenities. The property features comfortable spaces with standard furnishings. The living area opens onto a large, furnished terrace that extends the living space through a French door. The living room includes an open-plan kitchen, a table for six, and a double sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom is spacious, with a window and a shower niche. The small building of 12 apartments is less than 250 meters from the sea, in a tourist-residential area, near Via delle Costellazioni, the main street of Bibione Spiaggia. In the evening, this renowned shopping street becomes a pleasant pedestrian walkway where you can discover local food and more. The building consists of two-room apartments with air conditioning, well-furnished and all equipped with large, south-facing terraces overlooking the sea. Parking spaces are available both outdoors and covered, subject to availability.
